We came up with two options for home buyers, a warm palette option and a cool palette option, and we kept the wall and cabinet colors versatile in rich natural colors. Because of the Mediterranean-style architecture of the townhouses, we selected finishes that complement the style, including a natural travertine stone floor tile.

Kitchen Finishes

For the backsplash, both options are a lovely mixed natural stone mosaic, and the round bar wall warm option is a beautiful tumbled travertine mosaic. For the cool option, the round bar wall includes an elegant ice white tumbled marble mosaic. The granite countertop works with both options and brings all the colors together. Oh, and notice those decorative accent pieces in the two options, gold bronze and silver; they’re going to make that kitchen absolutely stunning!! Master Bath Finishes

As with the kitchen finish selections, the master bathroom selections complement the Mediterranean-style architecture of the townhouses, and home buyers again have two palette options to select from, warm and cool.

The natural stone countertop options for the master bath include a lovely granite for the warm option and a gorgeous Carrara marble for the cool option (How cool is that?!).  We kept the wall and cabinet colors versatile in rich natural colors that complement the architecture and coordinate beautifully with the rest of the finishes. Construction is still in progress, and we’ve been taking photos of the project.  This is going to look AMAZING!!!
