Yes, we offer online interior design services! Maybe you don’t live in or around Houston, or you’re not in need of our full range of interior design services. Maybe you prefer a more DIY approach to your design project, but you’d like for us to create a personalized design for you and provide the professional guidance you’ll need to implement the design on your own. We created our online interior design program with you in mind. Once you select the online interior design package that best suits your personal needs from the choices below, we’ll start working with you to design any room you choose!
Our 14-Step Online Interior Design Process
- Select from one of our EBI Online Design Packages.
- Place your online order and complete payment through the EBI Online Studio.
- We email you an online questionnaire that will tell us what your needs, wants, goals and budget are for the room you wish EBI to create a personalized design for. The more we know about you and your objectives for the room, the more we can personalize your design. The questionnaire will only take a few minutes to complete.
- Take photographs of the room. We’ll email you specific instructions on this when we send you the questionnaire.
- Make a simple sketch of the room. We’ll provide instructions on how to accomplish this easy and quick step.
- Take measurements of the room. Again, we’ll include specific instructions and here’s an instructional online video.
- Collect images of rooms that inspire you. These can be images you find online or magazine tear sheets.
- Take photos and measurements of any existing items you want to keep in the room.
- Send all of the these items to us via email or by mail.
- Once we receive all of these items from you, we’ll call you to discuss the project and the items you sent to us.
- We will analyze all of your needs, wants, ideas, inspiration images, measurements, room photos, budget, any additional information from the questionnaire, and information from our phone consultation. We will then get to work on creating a personalized design concept for you!
- We will email you the design concept for your approval.
- Once you approve the design concept, we’ll head to the drawing board and begin the design development process.
- Four to six weeks later, depending on which EBI Online Design Package you selected, you’ll receive:
EBI DELUXE DESIGN PACKAGE – $950.00 (Up to 300 Sq. Ft.)
- EBI design box with all the tools you’ll need to implement your personalized design
- A color rendering of the personalized design we created for you
- A scaled, color furniture plan
- A design mood board with actual/physical fabric samples, paint swatches, samples of finishes (where applicable), and photos and/or sketches of furnishings and accessories suggested (including artwork and window treatments where applicable)
- Product specification sheets for all furnishings and accessories suggested
- Purchasing instructions for all products suggested in the design. Purchases can be completed locally and/or online, or a combination of both.
- Complete and detailed instructions on how to implement your personalized design, including expert tips on further personalizing and repurposing items (where applicable)
- 3 design revisions/substitutions allowed
- PLEASE NOTE: EBI DELUXE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME!
EBI E-DESIGN PACKAGE – $750.00 (Up to 300 Sq. Ft.)
- Email with all the tools you’ll need to implement your personalized design
- A color rendering of the personalized design we created for you
- A scaled, color furniture plan
- A visual mood board with images of fabrics selected, paints slected, finishes selected (where applicable), and photos of suggested furnishings and accessories (including artwork and window treatments where applicable)
- Complete list of specifications for all furnishings and accessories suggested
- Purchasing instructions for all products suggested in the design. Purchases can be completed locally and/or online, or a combination of both.
- Complete and detailed instructions on how to implement your personalized design, including expert tips on further personalizing and repurposing items (where applicable)
- 3 design revisions/substitutions allowed
- PLEASE NOTE: E-DESIGN PACKAGE IS DELIVERED ELECTRONICALLY (EMAIL). YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY ITEMS IN THE MAIL.
EBI E-DESIGN ASSISTANT PACKAGE – $450.00 (Up to 300 Sq. Ft.)
- Email with photos of suggested furniture and accessories
- Product specifications for suggested furniture and accessories
- Product purchasing information for suggested furniture and accessories
- Color furniture plan OR rendering of the room
- 2 revisions/substitutions allowed
- PLEASE NOTE: EBI E-DESIGN ASSISTANT PACKAGE IS DELIVERED ELECTRONICALLY (EMAIL). YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY ITEMS IN THE MAIL.
EBI E-DESIGN BASIC PACKAGE – $275.00 (Up to 300 Sq. Ft.)
- Email with suggested basic furniture and accessories
- 1 design revision/substitution allowed
- PLEASE NOTE: EBI E-DESIGN BASIC PACKAGE IS DELIVERED ELECTRONICALLY (EMAIL). YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY ITEMS IN THE MAIL.
EBI Guarantee: Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely happy with the personalized design we create for you. Although we don’t offer refunds, once you receive the design, we’ll be happy to work with you on clarifying any questions you may have or making revisions/substitutions (number of allowed revisions/substitutions is specified in each package description above).
